To celebrate the publication of the updated edition of his book Things I have learned in my life so far (Abrams, 2013), internationally renowned graphic designer Stefan Sagmeister will host a book signing and interview at his studio and online.

There will be two opportunities for Sagmeister fans to get copies of the updated edition of Things I have learned in my life so far signed. Those in New York will have the chance to meet the designer in his Chelsea studio, and have their books personally signed. For Sagmeister fans not located in New York, they will be able to buy a copy online, indicate their personal inscription preference, and receive the signed book plus a photo of Sagmeister signing their copy. Books are available in advance and also at the event.

The evening’s events will kick off with a group of specially chosen AIGA/NY-member students in conversation with Sagmeister in his studio.

Those present at the book signing who have purchased a book will receive one of two free tattoos freaturing a Stefan Sagmeister “maxim,” courtesy of Tattly.
