From the Publisher. A massive book mainly covering the Brion Family Cemetery located near Venice. One of Scarpa’s largest projects, this also happens to be the place where he was buried. The over view includes ten other Scarpa creations in Italy such as the Canova Museum and various Biennale pavilions. Hundreds of color photos of interiors and exteriors, surface details, and surroundings. Color drawings and photos all printed on thick grainy paper, sturdily bound in a linen hardback, and wrapped in a paper jacket.
