Christina Endres is one of the three founders of the Library as Incubator Project.

The Library as Incubator Project was created by Erinn Batykefer, Laura Damon-Moore, and Christina Endres, all graduates of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Library and Information Studies.

The mission of the Library as Incubator Project is to promote and facilitate creative collaboration between libraries and artists of all types, and to advocate for libraries as incubators of the arts.

Christina Endres received her master’s degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Library and Information Studies in 2012. In 2008, she received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and English from UW-Madison. Endres specialized in public libraries and youth services during her library school education, and is particularly interested in programming and outreach for teens, community engagement, and and the intersections between technology and libraries.

Library as Incubator Project, an organization whose mission is to encourage artists and designers of all types to work with libraries in ways that inspire increased creativity, explores graphic designer Paul Rand’s (1914–96) personal library, now held by Yale University, where Rand taught design for 35 years.
