Designers & Books, a dba of Archetype Associates Incorporated (“Designers & Books,” “we”), is the owner of DesignersandBooks.com (the “Designers & Books Website” or the “Website”). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any of the Terms of Use (the “Terms”) at any time. You may find it advisable to check the Terms periodically for changes. You understand and agree that any loss or damage of any kind that occurs as a result of the use of Materials that you send, upload, download, stream, post, transmit, display, or otherwise make available or access through your use of the Website is solely your responsibility. You understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to Materials that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable and you agree that we shall not be liable for any damages you allege to incur as a result of such Materials.

We make no representation that the Website is appropriate or available for use in other locations outside the United States. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

Dispute Resolution: A printed version of the Terms and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to the Terms to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
