Julius Wiedemann was born in Brazil, where he studied design and marketing, and has lived and worked in Japan, Germany, and in the UK. He holds the positions of Executive Editor for Design and Pop Culture, as well as Director for Digital Publications at TASCHEN Publishing. He has edited over 40 books in over 10 years, is a regular contributor to magazines, and has been on the jury of several awards all over the world. Wiedemann’s publications have sold more than 1.5 million copies worldwide, and among his most popular titles are Information Graphics, the series Illustration Now!, Logo Design, Japanese Graphics Now!, and books about record covers and web design.
