Jürgen Mayer H.’s Book List

Over the years there are some books that seem to continually resurface on my pile of things to read. Each is part of a chapter of my past, inspires me in the present, and will certainly guide me in the future—to be continued.

This book list was initiated on the occasion of Jürgen Mayer H.’s September 6, 2012, lecture at Harvard Graduate School of Design. The lecture is available on videotape.

Dieter Bogner Editor

David Eagleman

Paul Klee

Laurence Sterne

A novel that reinvents the genre from the very beginning by breaking conventions, providing surprise, and playing with disorder.

Mark Wigley

Color is always an issue.
